Trademark applications

Documents required:

1. The applicant's full name, address and nationality in both English and Chinese(translation);
2. Classification and designation of goods (International Classification);
3. 8 trademark samples in black and white, with a size of maximum 8cm x 8cm and minimum 5cm x 5cm. If colors are claimed, 8 colored copies along with 2 copies in black and white are needed;
4. Power of Attorney duly signed or sealed by the applicant. No legalization or notarization is needed;
5. Convention Priority, a certified copy of the first application is required. It must be submitted with 3 months from the Chinese filing date.
